Teachers
Ernesta Chicklowski earned her Music Education degree from The Florida State University and masters degree from the University of South Florida. She teaches full time at Roosevelt Elementary School in South Tampa where she has recently been nominated as a 2022 Grammy Music Educator Finalist. She also been awarded as Teacher of the Year in 2002 and 2012 as well as Hillsborough County's 2014 Elementary Music Educator of the Year. “Mrs.Chick", as she is affectionately as known as, has served as the President of the Florida Elementary Music Educators Association. Her expertise in educational practices, conducting, elementary music education has afforded her the opportunity to present in symposiums and workshops on the state and national level. She holds certifications in Orff-Schulwerk I, Little Kids Rock I & II, and World Music Drumming I. Her passion for the arts outside of the classroom inspired her to create The Studio of South Tampa.
Andrew Emery received a Bachelor of Arts in Voice Performance from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey. Mr. Emery has enjoyed performing with multiple companies in diverse settings, including Walt Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" through AEA. He has been a part of multiple performances and recordings with the New York Philharmonic and New York Choral Artists at Lincoln Center, Philadelphia Orchestra at the Academy of Music, San Fransisco Symphony, and the Mid-America Productions at Carnegie Hall. In addition, Mr. Emery has been featured in the Macys Day Parade with Voice Vesra, an acapella group with which he toured nationally. Mr. Emery teaches music at Bridge Prep public/charter school at St. John's in Tampa and also has his own private practice teaching vocal technique and piano. He is continuing his performance career in the Tampa Bay area with the St. Petersburg Opera Company, Tampa Opera and is looking forward to working with the Show Stoppers, private vocal and piano students.

Fiorella Tangherlini earned her BA in music and her MD in Education from The University of Tampa. She is currently the music educator at Tinker Elementary in South Tampa. Fiorella is classically trained in piano and voice and thoroughly enjoys educating children. She is also certified in "Little Kids Rock" which is a modern band in the elementary classroom. She was also nominated for the "Rising Star Award" in Hillsborough County for her outstanding work with the children. It is evident that she loves working with the children at The Studio.
Meghan Jones attended the University of South Florida where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education with certification for grades K-12. As a voice major, Meghan performed in the USF Chamber Singers in Tampa and abroad in Austria and Hungary. She has performed in local opera and musical theater productions, including Papagena in the Tarpon Springs Performing Art Center's rendition of Mozart's "The Magic Flute". She has participated in community theater performances of "The Music Man", "Oklahoma", and "My Fair Lady". During her time teaching in Seoul, South Korea, Meghan has also performed in Handel's "Messiah". While Ms. Jones is 'classically trained'. She also specializes in popular vocal styles. She currently teaches Music at Davis Elementary school in Tampa Fl. Ms. Jones is passionate about helping her students develop musically.
